About Quiet Signal Labs
Building Phoenix's AI operator community — one shipped product at a time.
The Story
Why Quiet Signal Labs exists
Francisco Cervera has 10 years of experience leading data science and engineering teams. He's been building and shipping products with AI coding tools daily for over two years — logging thousands of hours across industries. The AI space is filled with thought leaders who have never deployed code to production. Francisco ships every week.
He started Quiet Signal Labs because he kept watching smart people waste hours on work that AI could handle in minutes. Not prompting a chatbot — actually building tools, automating workflows, and shipping products. The gap wasn't intelligence or ambition. It was that nobody was showing people how to use AI for real work, in person, with hands-on guidance.
Phoenix has the talent and the ambition. It just needs a place where operators and founders can learn to ship AI-powered products together, in person, without the BS. That's Quiet Signal Labs.
Philosophy
What we believe
"Ship, don't study."
We build real products, not tutorial projects. The best way to learn is to have something live on the internet that real people use.
"Outcomes over credentials."
We measure success by what you deploy, not certificates. Nobody cares about a completion badge — they care about a product that works.
"Practitioners teach."
Every instructor ships AI code weekly. No ivory tower. You're learning from someone who's actively building, not someone who read about it.
"Local first."
In-person in Phoenix. Community you can grab coffee with. Real relationships, not Slack channels you forget about.
