2

Build — Core Product

Your main feature comes to life. Database, user authentication, and the core functionality that makes your product valuable.

3

Build — Payments & Polish

Stripe integration, UI refinement, edge cases. Your product starts looking and feeling like something people would pay for.

4

Launch & Go-to-Market

Landing page, deployment, and your plan for the first 10 users. You leave with a live product and the knowledge to keep building.

Our Approach

Why this works

  • Live, in-person — not a Zoom webinar you'll forget by Monday
  • Over-the-shoulder coaching, not lectures
  • You build YOUR product, not a tutorial project
  • Real production stack: Claude Code + Stripe + Supabase + Render
  • Tiny cohort: 10 people max means real attention
  • What traditional bootcamps charge $8,000-$18,000 for — done in 2 Saturdays

Your Instructor

Francisco Cervera

Francisco Cervera

The AI space is filled with thought leaders who have never deployed code to production — Francisco ships every week.

  • Ships to production every week — not demos, real software
  • 2+ years building daily with AI coding tools
  • 10 years leading data science & engineering teams
  • Former data scientist in residence & tutor — breaks complex topics into clear steps

For Employers

Have your employer pay

Many bootcamp participants have their company cover the cost. We make it easy.

  • We'll provide a 1-page summary you can send to your manager explaining the ROI
  • Your company gets an employee who can ship AI tools internally

FAQ

Common questions

We help you find one. During Week 1, we run a structured ideation process. Many of our best projects came from people who walked in without a concrete idea but knew they wanted to build something.

Just a laptop. We handle the rest — all software, accounts, and development environments are set up during Week 1. Mac, Windows, or Linux all work.

In Phoenix, AZ. The exact venue is shared with accepted participants. It's a comfortable workspace with good WiFi and plenty of room to spread out.

About 2-3 hours per week of async milestones with support. These are structured tasks that keep your momentum going between Saturdays. You'll have Slack access for questions.

Yes — many participants have their employer cover the cost. We provide a 1-page Manager Brief you can forward that explains the ROI. See the Employer section above for details.

Full refund before Week 2 if it's not for you. No questions asked. After Week 2, we'll work with you to make sure you get value — including a seat in the next cohort if needed.
